My Client offers service and support to the rapidly developing advice industry. They are currently in need of an experienced Practice Improvement Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role exists to provide practice improvement consulting services for their Clients centred around the implementation of the Xplan software suite. Some key responsibilities will include: Specifying process and document templates that represent and efficient, effective and compliant way to run a financial planning practice Managing the development of the Company’s template suite and testing the templates to ensure they are suitable for release to Clients Working with the Business Development team to manage prospective Clients through the software sales process Project Managing Clients through the software implementation process Managing a first-line support service for Clients Project Managing Clients through the template development process To be considered for this role, you will possess: A strong understanding and expertise in the business drivers and operations of a small to medium financial planning practice A strong understanding and expertise in the implementation of software applications Experience using XPlan (highly desirable) or VisiPlan A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic This is an exceptional career opportunity for someone wanting to continue down this path or maybe someone with a relevant background wanting to take a slightly different path For more information on this role, please contact Danielle Coco on 02 9993 1040 or send your resume to (see below)

The Role: My client is seeking an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Consultant to become part of the local SAP team who will be required to work in teams of different sizes and occasionally on their own to deliver HR/Payroll solutions. This is a challenging position as you will work closely with our client’s major customers on a cross section of industry sectors. The role will embrace a mixture of Projects and Support work as business requirements dictate and will involve travelling from time to time to do work at customer sites. The defined scope of work will be discussed in more detail with suitable applicants who will be initially interviewed via telephone or in person. Required Background: To qualify for this role you must be an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Consultant with at least 3 - 8+ years excellent configuration/implementation skills gained over a number of successful implementations or in long term major projects.
