A growing Australian company that provides Network Management, Software Development and Hosting services to their clients, is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Systems and Network Administrator to join their team. This role will involve providing Windows Server maintenance and support, management of network infrastructure including firewalls, Routers and switches, providing desktop support to internal users, as well as working with clients to provide support for managed networks. Skills and experience required: 2+ years hands-on experience in an all-round network/systems support role. Strong Windows server implementation, administration and support experience. Experience configuring and supporting Cisco equipment. Knowledge of Citrix, backup software, etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide friendly and polite technical support to internal and external clients.
