You will provide 1st level support to remote users from the USA, Europe and Asia from a global contact centre based on Sydney’s lower North Shore. You will be the first point of contact for users, will be responsible for logging calls, taking ownership of calls to completion, and providing support on Microsoft XP operating systems and applications. Applicants should have basic IT qualifications (MCPs or MCSE) and/or at least 6 month’s commercial experience in a Microsoft based support role. Essentially you will have a positive, solutions-driven attitude, and exceptional communication and customer service skills.
