There In-house IT management has provided customer service to their employees for over 7 years and due to company growth they are looking for a flexible IT Support person who can apply their hand to a variety of tasks. The duties for this role will include; 1)Hardware, software and network support . 2)Small group or individual user training . 3)Helpdesk level 1 . 4)Build and deploy computers for staff . 5)Assist with special IT projects . 6)Hardware and software inventory management . The ideal candidate would have; 1)Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or . 2)IT Diploma or equivalent certification . 3)MCP, MCDST, MCSE certification . 4)Understanding of ADSL and related issues . .
