In this role you will be responsible for Review and assess incidents, service/change requests to the systems. Provide detailed analysis and implement appropriate solution to meet business needs. Asses request for development and enhancements and provide recommendations. Capture requirement specifications and provide input to business case. Liaise with external vendors to ensure solutions meet expectations. Create relevant test scripts and execution of testing activities. Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate Solid background within business and systems analysis – 5years + Previous experience working with Card Systems /Billing Systems or Accounting ERP Solutions – high volume transactional systems Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to function with minimum supervision and take ownership of problems. (IT) Business Support Manager Financial Markets
Location: Sydney – CBD
Project Management of the STP environment Experience of financial instruments, particularly the bond market Salary package of up to $160,000 +30% bonus This is a key role to deliver STP services across the front, middle and Back Office functions of this high profile financial markets/treasury client. You will be responsible for managing an in-house team that supports a number of applications including Midas and Kondor+, whilst liaising with the key stakeholders internally. The key business areas will be the Balance Sheet and Debt Management environment. You will have more than 5+ years project management experience and will be responsible for a team of up to 8-9 which could fluctuate depending on project work. Key deliverables will be to ensure the following: Ensure vendors are achieving the SLA s to the busines Define and deliver structured processes to ensure client satisfactio Manage a team to ensure all development, testing and UAT is carried out to agreed deliverables Be instrumental in building and maintaining project methodologies Be prepared to be a hands on contributor to the team as and when needed To be considered for the role you will ideally have come from an applications technical background and have moved to project management. Good skills in the SDLC and Project Management accreditation would be required. A tertiary qualification in either computing or accounting is preferred as previous experience in the financial markets sector.
