VOIP and Network monitoring CCNA/CCNP level experience Great career opportunity! Do you have experience with network monitoring and maintenance? Do you have solid understanding of VOIP? Working in a close knit team of highly skilled engineers, you will be responsible for providing tier 1 VOIP support, monitoring network faults, providing first level network support as well as WAN, hardware and software troubleshooting. To join this fast paced and rapidly growing team you should ideally have experience with: CCNP or Cisco experience equivalent to a CCNP Experience within a telecommunications or Managed Services environment VOIP technologies (eg. Call Manager, Unity etc) Networking protocols (eg. BGP, MPLS) Cisco routing and switching and Firewalls In addition to these, excellent customer service and communication skills are essential!
