The successful candidate will have proven experience within a large Win Forms environment (ideally with .NET 2.0/SQL Server 2005), can work on the full SDLC from requirements though to delivery, and the ability to work to tight but realistic deadlines. you will have working knowlege of modern design patterns, and the ability to mentor more junior team members.
