(IT) Business Analyst

Location: Sydney, New South Wales

This organisation is a leading International provider of banking, investment and financial services. Based at their Sydney, CBD offices they require someone to join their compliance team within the Risk Management Group to work with the team in improving their systems. Managing IT projects through their whole life cycle you will liaise between the compliance team and the Risk Management Groups IT team on systems development. Responsibilities will include developing processes and systems which support the compliance teams procedures, developing business requirements for new IT Initiatives and enhancements to existing systems, plan and manage testing activities, and provide administrative and technical support. In addition to this you will provide project documentation such as user guides and communicate with stakeholders and user training. To be considered for this role successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: Extensive Business Analysis experience within project management Experience working within an investment bank or financial services organisation Strong commitment to Continuous Improvement Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to negotiate at all levels Ability to view the bigger picture with excellent attention to detail
