This role will will involve the key accountabilities for end to end campaign execution of TM and DM campaigns (including pre and post campaign analysis) This will include responsibility for the development, maintenance and implementation of campaign activities using database marketing techniques, to support business initiatives . What we need Experience in campaign execution, database marketing or data mining Strong skills in SQL (preferably in the NCR Teradata environment) SAS skills preferred Strong DM background with demonstrated skills in analysis, ideally within financial services environment. Our client is a trusted supplier of innovative, world class solutions to your IT infrastructure challenges, across the Asia Pacific region. They have a requirement for an additional Senior Consulting Engineer with specialist skills for the growth of the Server, Messaging Collaboration, and Storage, Networking Virtualisation Practices and further growth in the business throughout the Sydney market place. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Analyse requirements from project teams and managers. Install, test and configure Microsoft Windows and Exchange Server based solutions. Build, install, test and configure VMware based solutions (including capacity assessments, P2V, ESX2.5 to VI3 upgrades; and utilising VMotion, HA, DRS, VCB). Provide technical leadership for project teams. Work autonomously and lead small teams. Hold all current relevant qualifications (eg MCSE, VCP). Work across multiple projects. Write Project Documentation. Work alongside existing staff on client sites. Attend pre-sales meetings. Consult on Server, messaging and VMware projects in technical lead roles, primarily on Exchange and VMware Design/Implementation projects. Write proposals and respond to bids without sales support. Documentation of option and solution papers for projects. (IT) Java Team Leader $120k+

As a senior member of client’s Java development team and Team Leader, you will use your expert Human Resource management capabilities to oversee a diverse team of Java/JSP developers with all levels of experience and skill sets. You will be responsible to oversee and lead the team to develop applications that support the management and distribution of content through the Content Management System. Additionally, you will have hands on coding responsibility to develop Web applications using Java/JSP and Object Oriented programming techniques. You will contribute to and from time to time lead the Java standards group. You will also develop and maintain applications to support a variety of Web interfaces. You will optimize code to increase throughput, availability, scalability, redundancy, superior performance and quick recoverability. We seek candidates with the following skills, knowledge and experience: Experience building/managing/deploying large scale Enterprise Content Management systems 5+ years solid development experience with OO Java/JSP in a dynamic, fast-paced application development environment. Mastery or in-depth experience with some or all of the following: Eclipse, MyEclipse, Subversion, Atlassian Bamboo, JIRA or Tango, Confluence, Maven 2, Hibernate, Spring, modern Web frameworks (such as Struts 2, Spring MVC, JSF), JUnit, SpringMock, Selenium, JMeter, Log4J, Tomcat 5.5, Detailed design experience with Oracle. Be able to write, in English, architectural documentation, Proof of Concept documentation (as required), and Class and method-level JavaDoc. Experience with Linux (primarily Red Hat) and Solaris. At least one secondary language (Perl, PHP, Ruby, etc). Extensive experience working with 3rd party applications and APIs. Extensive experience building within existing application framework.
