(IT) Senior Business Analyst
Rate: Commensurate With Experience Location: Sydney
Contract - 6 months. Immediate start. Senior Business Analyst with the following responsibilities: Requirements analysis. Business analysis. Business process modelling, Prepare a project plan. Facilitate workshops to identify the business practice changes. Document business requirements & process flows. Participate in the identification of changes to core business systems. Participate in the development and implementation of a change management strategy. Provide weekly reports. Document requirements covering enhancements to the system and business processes. The successful candidate will need to have the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with business personnel and management representatives. Skills and Experience: Essential: Extensive business analysis and business process modelling experience. Extensive requirements analysis experience. Experience in facilitating focus groups and/or workshops with business users. Strong communication skills Ability to produce documentation to a high standard. Project Management experience.
